Fundimental orders of conneticut
Thomas Hooker wrote the Fundamental Orders of Connecticut in 1639. This document gave the right to vote to all male property owners. This includes non-church members. What this did was limit the power of the government in Connecticut. This was one of the first constitutions for the 13 colonies.
